And, our personalized service includes instructions on using your new equipment, as well as a routine maintenance and assessment program.

We have recently moved into our new building at 160 Homer Ave Cortland, NY and as your local HME (Home Medical Equipment) provider, we would love for all interested in our service to drop in and check out our new facility and ask any questions that you may have.

Cortland Regional Home Health Services provides routine delivery service for all products during regular business hours on weekdays. Supplies and other equipment may also be picked up at our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• We provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet our patients' emergency needs.
• We provide in-home training and follow-up evaluation.
• We accept physician referrals from all physicians, not just those affiliated with Cortland Regional Medical Center.
• We accept most major insurance plans as well as Medicare & Medicaid.
